After learning more about you and your goals during your Goal Setting Phone Call, we’ll work together to create a fitness and nutrition program that fits into your lifestyle and allows you to achieve all of your health, fitness, and fat loss goals.
FitRanX is a standardized and progressive ranking system that has been proven through years of testing and development and used for gauging an individual’s fitness level. With FitRanX you’ll work your way through a series of fitness tests. There are 8 FitRanX levels with corresponding colors that represent each rank. In order for an individual to progress from one level to the next, they must participate in and pass a fitness test, which includes a strength portion and a conditioning portion.

Boxing
Learn how to box like a pro in 30-minutes! In a group setting, you’ll learn real boxing combinations that you’ll be able to practice on the heavy bag and 1-on-1 with your coach on the focus mitts. *Minimum of 16 oz Boxing Gloves Required.

This 45- minute calorie burning workout will engage every muscle group in your body with combinations of punches and kicks that will get your heart pumping. Each workout begins with a dynamic warm-up and ends with a focus on core. *Minimum of 16 oz Boxing Gloves Required.
